Olga Grays, Owner Olga holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from New Mexico State University and has been a dedicated childcare provider for 19 years, a journey that began with the birth of her own daughter. In addition to her role as a nurturing caregiver, she is also a seasoned social worker and foster mom with extensive experience supporting children with diverse special needs. This wealth of experience underscores her deep-seated commitment to providing a loving and supportive environment for all her students. With a philosophy grounded in treating every child as her own, Olga strives to establish a solid and nurturing foundation for each child, ensuring they receive boundless love and care that extends far beyond their time at her daycare.

Jessica Lara, Teacher Jessica Lara is a fun spirited that loves to play and exercise with the kids. She’s a bilingual speaker who speaks to the kids in both English and Spanish fostering cultural diversity. Jessica is very patient and creative with the children. Approaching problems from multiple directions until she finds the sweet spot for every individual problem. Jessica leads our reading time as she catches the rooms attention with her soothing and motherly voice encouraging learning and attentiveness.

Olga Grays, Propietaria Olga cuenta con una licenciatura en Trabajo Social de New Mexico State University y ha sido una dedicada proveedora de cuidado infantil durante 19 años, un camino que comenzó con el nacimiento de su propia hija. Además de su papel como cuidadora amorosa, también es una trabajadora social experimentada y madre adoptiva con una amplia experiencia en el apoyo a niños con diversas necesidades especiales. Esta riqueza de experiencia subraya su compromiso profundo de proporcionar un entorno amoroso y solidario para todos sus estudiantes. Con una filosofía fundamentada en tratar a cada niño como si fuera su propio hijo, Olga se esfuerza por establecer una base sólida y nutritiva para cada niño, asegurando que reciban un amor y cuidado ilimitados que se extiendan mucho más allá de su tiempo en su guardería.

Philosophy

We emphasize the development and learning of our children. We keep them busy from head to toe by making them use their minds, hands, and bodies to explore everything around them in a safe atmosphere. Our goal is to help them be respectful to adults and children around them and feel independent when exploring the world around them.

Our staff attends workshops and trainings to encourage good self-esteem as well as pre-reading, writing, and math skills that we work on a daily basis through age appropriate activities. We like to insure that the children get a good home life and daycare experience.

Enfatizamos el desarrollo y aprendizaje de nuestros niños. Los mantenemos ocupados de pies a cabeza haciéndolos usar sus mentes, manos y cuerpos para explorar todo lo que les rodea en un ambiente seguro. Nuestro objetivo es ayudarles a ser respetuosos con los adultos y niños a su alrededor y sentirse independientes al explorar el mundo que les rodea.

Nuestro personal asiste a talleres y capacitaciones para fomentar una buena autoestima, así como habilidades pre-lectura, escritura y matemáticas que trabajamos diariamente a través de actividades apropiadas para su edad. Nos gusta asegurarnos de que los niños tengan una buena experiencia en el hogar y en la guardería.

The daycare is located at the intersection of Valley and Ave De Mesilla. It is close to Walmart and many gas stations and restaurants.
