Our Teachers

All teachers have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with children. Our leaders have over 20 years each guiding children’s learning. Individually we have been a positive influence on many students over the years and we find a way to make personal connections with each of the students in 2 Steps Ahead Care. Our philosophy is that the development of a strong community allows our team to know each child as an individual to help guide them towards being happy and healthy children and adults.

👩‍🏫 A Team You Can Trust

Ms. Celeste has spent nearly 20 years leading before- and after-school and summer programs for elementary students across Albuquerque. She’s known for being firm but fair, teaching children the joy of learning and the importance of enjoying every moment.

Ms. Mariann brings over 14 years as an APS teacher, 9 years as an APS administrator, and experience as an instructor at CNM. As our Director, she combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of how children learn best.

Together, they’ve created a caring, creative space where children learn, play, and grow with confidence.
