Our Teachers

Our teachers are FOCUS certified and committed to training children with a foundation in Biblical beliefs.

Sharon Miller, Director Sharon has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and Christian education. She had her own in home childcare while her children were young and developed a love for teaching children and sharing Christian values with young children. Sharon believes that small class size and teacher: student ratio allow the teachers to develop strong relationships and set a secure foundation for future learning success.

Theresa Trujillo, Lead Teacher As a preschool educator, I create a safe, loving space where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe that young children thrive when they feel secure and cared for. My job is to support their emotional, physical, and thinking skills through gentle routines, playful learning, and kind, consistent care. I show empathy, patience, and joy every day, whether I’m comforting a child, singing a song, or celebrating a small milestone.

Philosophy

We recognize the importance of play in the learning process for young children. We promote individuality, and develop strong partnerships with families, including them as partners and decision-makers within our community. Our program creates an environment that helps young children attain physical, cognitive, social, and emotional achievements, preparing them for the next step in life.
