Carolyn Soto working towards my completion of an Asoociates in Early Childhood. I have worked in pedatrics in an office setting for 12 years and a surgeon for five. My favorite part when it comes to working with children is developing relationships with children and famalies. This at home daycare is Christian based.

Philosophy

Little Achievers Day Care is an early childhood education program that is rooted in faith and play-based learning. This philosophy recognizes that young children are naturally curious, eager to learn, and constantly exploring the world around them. By integrating faith and play into the curriculum, Little Achievers Day Care creates a supportive environment where children can thrive both academically and spiritually.

The faith-based aspect of Little Achievers Day Care reflects the belief that every child is a unique and special creation of a higher power. Through age-appropriate Bible stories, songs, and prayer, children are introduced to the basic tenets of faith, such as kindness, compassion, and respect for others. This exposure to faith can help children develop a strong moral compass and a sense of purpose and direction in their lives.

In addition to faith-based education, Little Achievers Day Care places a strong emphasis on play-based learning. This approach recognizes that children learn best through hands-on exploration and discovery. Through play, children develop important cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills that are essential for success in later life. Play-based learning at Little Achievers Day Care includes activities such as art projects, outdoor play, imaginative play, and free play.
