Our Teachers

Our Teachers meet the qualifications required to work with children through ECECD training , have been through and passed federal extensive fingerprint background checks and CPR/AED certified through American Heart Association . We require drug test upon hiring as well as run random drug testing. We work as a team to help your child reach their full potential. We provide quality care for the children, as we would expect our own children to be taught and cared for. Our main goal is to provide children with strategies that help them develop the emotional, social, and cognitive skills needed to become lifelong learners.

Philosophy

We believe the first year of a child’s life constitute the most critical period for his/her self- development. Further we believe that children learn at their own rate through real- life and hands on experiences. A child - centered, prepared environment best enables a young child to learn basic concepts, skills and values encouraging every child’s sense of individual worth is an essential part of the learning process. If a child feels good about themselves, they will feel good about learning! Children learn best by doing, with opportunities for choice, experimentation and problem solving. Children should be guided in a predictable, yet flexible environment that allows for independence and creativity. Our goal is to encourage active, self directed learning so that each child can reach their full potential, whatever the potential may be!

Location

My location is on the south side of Roswell NM Valley View School District and at walking distance to Plains Park Shopping Center as well as Apex cinema.

About our program

We are a licensed bilingual in home childcare & Learning Center. Our Operating hours are Monday through Friday 5:00 AM - 11:59 PM. We provide meals through CACFP as well as offer transportation. We follow a strict schedule and teach through play as well as Montessori ! We strive to keep a clean, healthy and safe environment to start each day with a joyful heart and a full tummy , ready to educate and empower our children to develop independence and problem solve, which teaches them to handle daily struggles with courage ,in a safe manner. We offer playtime, learning time, field trips as well as daily nap time. During classroom discussions, we do expect and encourage the children to participate. We are big on praising and rewarding for good behavior. If bad behavior arrises parents are informed and attempt to resolve the problem.
