Philosophy
Our onboarding philosophy emphasizes a child-originated and teacher-framed curriculum, fostering a partnership between teachers, children, families, and the community that respects each child’s individual way of thinking and learning. In alignment with our additional philosophy, we believe that play is essential for children’s development and that our teachers incorporate the latest knowledge in child development, learning styles, and appropriate activities to create a child-centered and interest-based curriculum. Children are encouraged to think independently, be creative, and know that they are valued as autonomous and unique individuals.
